From the floor up
I spent 27 years inside manufacturing — starting as a Shop Foreman, moving up to Plant Manager, and finishing as General Manager. That's nearly three decades of fixing the operational breakdowns, workflow gaps, and inefficiencies that quietly cost businesses real money every day. I didn't learn this from a course — I lived it on the floor, running real teams and real operations.
Along the way, I also built real sales experience — closing deals ranging from $500 to $200,000, and learning firsthand what it actually takes to find a client, make the case, and get to yes.
Today I build automation systems — through RIIZ AI, part of ARH Opco Corp — that solve the exact kind of operational leaks I spent 27 years diagnosing, now for businesses that don't have the time or technical depth to fix them themselves.
